• How much time do deliveries take?
As per standard protocol of our company, it usually takes around 2-3 working days for us to deliver a product at your door step.
• How many times will the courier agent attempt to deliver my order in case I am unavailable to receive it?
Our delivery agents make 2-3 attempts to deliver a parcel, make sure your address, city, area are mentioned properly while placing your order, after all the failed attempts parcel will be returned back to us
• Can we open & check our parcel before payment?
Unfortunately not, we have to abide by certain rules and regulations set by our third party affiliates i.e courier service partners.
In some cases we do allow checking before payment hence you can always contact us on our socials & guide us through the problem you are facing.
