Eligibility
All products purchased from Wardrobe360 can be exchanged within 10 days of purchase only if;
The item is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery, the item does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.
You must notify us within 2 days of delivery by contacting our socials or whatsapp number in case you want to raise a dispute.
At Wardrobe 360, we look at every dispute on a case by case basis and try to be fair with both parties.
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:
• Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
• The product is damaged because of use.
• Size Issues are caused by the customers.
Wardrobe 360 does not offer a “Refund” or “money back guarantee” on purchased item.
What if a size issue was caused by me? How do i exchange that item?
In order to exchange the product our rider will deliver a new parcel and will take back your previous parcel at the same time, however in some cases the previous parcel will be picked first and after inspection Wardrobe 360 will send you a new desired product at your provided address
Bare in mind if the issue is from consignee’s end all the delivery charges will be given by customers however if the issue is from shipper’s (Wardrobe 360) end you will get a Free exchange.
In how much time will my exchange parcel be sent?
Exchange parcels usually take 4-5 days however in some cases it can take up to 10 days
